Manually Guide to Convert MBOX File to Outlook PST Format

Follow the below process to Convert MBOX to PST Manually:
If you are using Thunderbird Email Client or any other email client that created MBOX file:
- Launch your chosen mailbox client like, Thunderbird email.
- Go to the inbox folder
- Select the email that you want to open once.
- You have to select multiple emails by pressing SHIFT + Click.
- Right-click and select Save As.
- Now go to on your desired location, create a new folder, and save the selected emails in the folder.
To be executing in MS Outlook:
- Launch Microsoft Outlook.
- Select Files >> Account Settings.
- Select the Data Files tab
- Click Add.
- Select Outlook data file (.pst) option and then click Ok.
- Go to a chosen location, create a new folder, give a name to the PST file you are creating, and
- Click the OK button.
Now in MS Outlook, select the newly created PST file. - Now, go to the location where you have created a folder.
- Select all the emails saved there and drag them in the newly created PST file. Once all the email

Manual process which can easily convert MBOX file to PST format. It is a simple process, work only when you have both Thunderbird and Outlook installed on the same system. It works very efficiently when you want to move only some selected emails. But you cannot use this method for contacts, notes, etc. it demands an huge time as the entire procedure needs to be done manually.
